ASew both ends by machine or hand, leaving about 5-6 cm for the back edge.
BTurn the cloth inside out.
CBring the sewn part of the cloth to the middle, and fold it in half with the unstitched side inside.



FTie the elastic into a tight knot.
GClose the turnstile with a U-shape binding or matsuri-sewing. If the turnout is long, you can sew the edge with a machine. However, I found the "U-shape binding" to be easier to do.
I used the lacy part, so it was white and simple, yet so pretty!
