What is Animal Hoarding?

This is a condition in which pets such as dogs and cats are overpopulated and their owners can no longer keep them.

Why does this happen?

One reason why hoarding happens is that owners do not spray or neuter their pet.
Even if you only have one pet, something can trigger a pregnancy.
In the case of cats, it can happen while you are out for a walk, while in the case of dogs, it can happen while you are out on a dog run.

Cats：Male 15000〜25000yen Female 20000〜35000yen
Dogs：Male 20000〜30000yen Female 30000〜50000yen

What would happen without surgeries?

Cats：1 pregnancy=3 to 5 Kittens, twice a year
Dogs：1 pregnancy=6 to 10 puppies, twice a year

After they go to a shelther, they may find a new owner or else killed.
